  • Daily sales and marketing calls to local merchants and business owners acting on company’s leads
  • Self source outside referrals and leads.
  • Demonstrations on how you can save them money on their credit card processing costs
  • Ability to demonstrate different point of sales systems to local merchants, arrange deployment and training
  • Networking and building your value proposition as you work your sales territory

Customer and Technical Service Representative

We’re now recruiting Customer and Technical Service Call Center Representatives who can give the best experience possible to our customer base. Universal Payment Solutions will train you thoroughly and help your through your first calls so that you will feel fully comfortable talking with our customers.

Responsibilities include:

You’ll be our first point of contact for customers, responding to a range of customer issues including, but not limited to: account activation inquiries, technical issues, and queries about the full range of products and services Universal Payment Solutions offers.
You will help our customers by answering their questions and resolving their problems.
You may also conduct research for our customers and respond via phone, email, or fax, but with each call you will be assisting our customers with their individual needs.

We’re looking for people experienced in working within a customer service, call center, or sales environment, who have a confident, friendly telephone manner and are motivated by resolving customer inquiries.

POS Systems Deployment Engineer

The Technical Support Specialist will perform field installations, training and troubleshooting of POS systems and credit card terminals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hardware & software installation, configuration and training on POS functionality
  • LAN cabling and WiFi setup, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Manage incoming support inquiries via phone, email, and web
  • Troubleshoot POS hardware, software, payment gateway and various other credit card processing applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware including pin pads, EMV card readers and countertop terminals
  • Troubleshoot methods of payment including credit card, check, gift and loyalty
  • Research and Maintenance for POS and Payment Gateways Supported
  • Deployment Rollover and warehouse management
  • Process equipment supply orders as necessary and insure all orders are deployed accurately and in a timely manner

The VP of Sales leads and manages the optimization of the company’s marketing and sales. The VP of Sales is an executive who applies previous expertise in revenue generation and leads the go to market strategy for generating more revenue. This position will constantly surface critical prospects, create sales opportunities, and deliver the road-map for the sales cycle. This leader will evaluate and establish goals, measure results and optimize performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement the sales and marketing plan to create demand and achieve business objectives
  • Building relationships with key marketing and media decision makers within agencies, brands and other prospective client organizations
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initiating contact through closing and building an ongoing and escalating relationship with clients
  • Participate in top management decision making across the entire business system and to help create and execute a powerful value proposition
  • Monitor revenue pipelines of each revenue stream to determine level of risk to obtaining desired goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of sales experience in online media, IP licensing, digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a sales or marketing management position
  • Demonstrated success in converting relationships into revenue
  • Technology, media and online marketing experience a plus
  • Experience presenting at Board level with confidence and poise
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior corporate executives to other critical levels of product management and business operations
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and sales productivity
  • Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and revenue numbers to high levels of success
